3. How We Use Your Information

We use personal data only as needed to operate and improve LLDCanvas.

  • Provide, maintain, and personalise the Platform (accounts, diagrams, practice, billing entitlements).

  • Analyse aggregated product usage to improve reliability, content, and new features.

We retain account and product data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Platform.

If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise personal data associated with it within a reasonable period, except where we must retain limited records for legal, security, billing, or dispute-resolution purposes.

Backups may retain residual copies for a short period before automatic expiry.

6. Security
